Kaiser Medical Inc was established in 2000 in Pennsylvania.

Robert Kaiser started the company after serving as the as the Director of Research and Development from 1990 to 2000 with Thera-kinetics and Jace Systems Inc. In that space of time he designed the entire Thera-kinetics Product Line Manufactured by Jace Systems Inc. Kaiser Medical Inc was started when Thera-Kinetics begin to move into a Home Care Service Company.
